Vibrant, full-color, edge-to-edge imprints permanently fused into specially coated hard goods.
Dye sublimation transfers full-color images onto hard-surface materials — fiber board, polyester cloth, metals, and ceramics — using sublimation ink, heat, and pressure. Because production is handled on-site, we deliver high-quality results with quick turnaround and competitive pricing.

Sublimation ink bonds to polymer, not to bare metal, ceramic or wood. The coating gives the ink something to fuse into, which is why sublimation blanks are manufactured with a polymer layer already applied. Without it the gas has nothing to bond with and the image will not take.
Very durable, because the image sits inside the coating rather than printed on top of it. There is no ink film to scratch off, peel or crack, so a sublimated tile, plate or mug keeps its image through normal handling and cleaning. Extended direct sunlight is the main long term consideration.
No, not on one hundred percent cotton. Sublimation ink bonds to polyester and to polymer coatings, and cotton fibers have nothing for the gas to fuse into. For cotton garments, direct to garment printing or screen printing is the right answer, and we offer both.
There is no color limit in dye sublimation. Because the image is printed digitally and then fused, full color artwork, photographs, gradients and fine detail all reproduce without added cost per color. That makes it the method of choice for a photograph, a full color seal or a complex crest.
