Design Services

An in-house art department that turns your files — or just a rough idea — into production-ready designs.

Our talented in-house creatives begin working on your project the moment your order is received. Whether you provide professional electronic files or a simple rough concept, our designers prepare concept proofs until you are completely satisfied.

How It Works

The process starts with a technical review of your order and the reference images, information, or files you shared with your Client Services team member. Next, a designer develops your artwork from scratch, refines what you provided, or adapts your files — always ensuring the design is fully compatible with your chosen product and customization method.

Because every process has unique constraints — from imprint size to color limits and material suitability — our experts act as your advisors. If a design will not produce an incredible result, they recommend alternatives. You then receive an Art Proof showing the design and a mockup on your selected product, so you can picture the finished piece and request any changes before production.

Common Questions

The questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, our team will walk you through it.

No. We are happy to create your design from scratch — just give us a detailed description of what you envision and we take it from there.

Almost any. PSD, AI, PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG, TIFF, WEBP, and more — our designers can adapt nearly any image to fit your order.

Vector art is built from mathematical paths rather than a grid of pixels, so it scales to any size without losing sharpness. A vector logo works equally well on a half inch coin and a ten foot backdrop from the same file. Production also needs clean paths to work from, such as a laser cut path or a color separation.

A proof shows exactly what will be produced, so you can confirm it before anything is committed to tooling or press. Approval matters because it is the last point at which a change is free. Once a die is cut or a screen is burned, corrections mean starting over. Read every word, especially names and dates.

Because a screen and a physical product are not the same medium. Fine lines that render perfectly on a monitor can close up in a mould, fill with enamel or vanish at embroidery scale. Every change is made so the finished piece reads correctly in the hand.

We prepare concept proofs until you are satisfied. Revisions are part of the design process rather than a separate transaction. The most useful thing you can do to keep it short is consolidate feedback so all stakeholder comments arrive in one round.
