Built for the recruiting station, the sub-station and the officer selection office — station branding, canvassing handouts, pool function gear and awards, executive items for OSO work, event kits, and the recognition pieces that mark a recruiting tour.
Marine Corps recruiting is about three thousand recruiters working out of forty-eight recruiting stations, five hundred and seventy-four sub-stations and seventy-one officer selection sites. It is also the service that makes mission by the narrowest margin — FY2025 closed at 30,536 enlisted against a goal of 30,535, a margin of one person. That is a recruiting culture where the pool function, the statewide cup and the poolee who brings a friend are not soft programs. They are the mission. This catalog is weighted accordingly.
The fiscal year opens 1 October across six districts. The recruiting station sets the display standard the sub-stations under it will run for the next twelve months.

Station operating and advertising funds
Nothing in a display may suggest the Marine Corps sponsors a commercial venture.
Five hundred and seventy-four sub-stations, most of them small, most of the work done on foot in a school, a gym or a mall. What a recruiter carries has to be worth carrying.

Items should carry a call to action and read as recruiting. Keep the record of what was bought and under which authority.

Federal law gives recruiters the same school access as any college, plus student directory information, under 20 U.S.C. § 7908. The counsellors, athletic directors and JROTC instructors who make that access work are worth a better item than a keychain.

Recruiting and advertising funds
No recruiting activity and nothing handed to students at an ASVAB CEP session (USMEPCOM Reg 601-4).
Pool functions run monthly at sub-station level and annually across a state. Recruiting Station Richmond's 2025 statewide function put nine sub-stations through an Initial Strength Test, an obstacle course, five hundred ammo-can lifts per sub-station and a tug-of-war, and awarded a Top Female Athlete, a Top Male Athlete, the John Basilone Award and the RS Richmond Statewide Cup.

Our library has no trophy cup — the award pieces here are plaques, medals and statues. If you need a cup, tell us and we will source rather than substitute.
Seventy-one officer selection sites, working a campus audience that is being recruited by every professional employer in the country. The Officer Selection Officer is selling a commission to someone comparing it to a consulting offer, and the materials should look like it.

Recruiting and advertising funds
Officer candidates are prospects like any other — the same eligibility and the same record-keeping apply.
Marine Week puts the Corps into a city for a week. Air shows, community days and sporting events fill the rest of the calendar. The table has to compete with a static display and a jet.

Paying a sports league for a patriotic tribute has been banned since the FY2016 NDAA. Voluntary recognition is fine; purchased is not.

10 November is the one date the whole Corps observes together, and a recruiting station observes it in front of its poolees, its centres of influence and its community. Add promotion, retirement and the end of a recruiting tour.

Unit and mess funds for mementos; § 2261 for formal recognition
Appropriated-fund recognition stays under $50 and inside the § 2261 item classes. Ball and mess purchases are a separate wallet.
10 U.S.C. § 2261 authorises commemorative coins, medals, trophies, badges, flags, posters and similar items under $50 each for recruiting and retention.
The FAR micro-purchase threshold since 1 October 2025 (90 FR 41872). Station cardholder limits are set locally and are frequently lower.
FAR 13.003(b)(1) sets aside every acquisition above the micro-purchase threshold and at or below $350,000 for small business.
MCO 1130.76D governs recruiting operations but its text is not publicly released, so no per-item promotional ceiling can be confirmed from open sources. Ask your S-4 rather than assuming the Army's $6/$12 rule carries over.
A licensing point specific to the Marine Corps, and it is unusually strict: the Marine Corps Trademark Licensing Office prohibits using USMC marks to market products or services to military members. We therefore show no Marine Corps marks anywhere in this catalog. Everything here is produced from artwork you supply and are authorised to use.
None that can be confirmed from public sources. MCO 1130.76D governs the conduct of recruiting operations but is not publicly released, so we will not quote a per-item figure. What does apply: recognition items under 10 U.S.C. § 2261 stay below $50, the FAR micro-purchase threshold is $15,000 since 1 October 2025, and your cardholder limit is probably lower. Ask your S-4 before ordering against an assumed number.
We decorate from artwork you supply and are authorised to use. The Marine Corps Trademark Licensing Office requires a licence for commercial use of USMC marks and specifically prohibits using those marks to market products or services to military members — which is why you will not find a single Marine Corps mark in this catalog. Decorations, medals and ribbons may not be reproduced on merchandise at all.
Yes — plaques, medals, statues and coins. What we do not currently stock is a trophy cup, which is what a statewide cup usually is. Tell us what you actually award and we will quote the real thing rather than talk you into the nearest item on the page.
Proofs are free and unlimited until you approve one. Screen printing and embroidery turn fastest; pewter casting and coin production take longest because both begin with a new die. Give us your in-hand date first and we build the production schedule around it.
On each product page, varying by process. Pewter and coin minimums exceed printed goods. Below a minimum we will say so and suggest the closest item that works.
Ask and we will answer in writing as of that day. No registration or schedule claims here. The band from the micro-purchase threshold to $350,000 is reserved for small business under FAR 13.003(b)(1), and most station orders live in it.
Coins, pewter, apparel, drinkware, displays and awards, all made in house with free unlimited proofs. Give us your in-hand date and we build the schedule around it.
